Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an MAV vehicle along assigned routes and within service areas
- Conduct inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and clean.
- Provide excellent customer service with patience, respect, and professionalism
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, managers, and passengers
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and appropriately
- Report vehicle issues, passenger incidents, or delays promptly
- Collaborate with our medical professionals and management to assure top tier patient care
- Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock – your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (for a minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
- Valid CPR Card for the Health Care Provider
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull more than 125lbs
- Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test
- Must have a high school diploma or GED minimum
