Can you test for infections such as COVID-19, influenza, strep throat, or urinary tract infection (UTI)?

Absolutely. DocGo Clinicians conduct on-site tests for common illnesses. If needed, they can order lab tests through partner labs.

Do you offer vaccinations?

Yes. DocGo Clinicians can provide certain vaccinations, including seasonal influenza and COVID-19.

Will I be able to get referred to more specialized care doctors through the Mobile Clinic?

DocGo On-Demand may recommend that you be seen by a specialist, but they do not refer to specific providers at this time.

Can you provide a verified COVID-19 rapid test for travel, school, or work?

Yes. COVID-19 Rapid Antigen testing for asymptomatic patients is provided for $39 per test. If you have symptoms and visit the Mobile Clinic for an urgent care visit, your DocGo clinician may perform the test at no additional charge above the cost of an urgent care visit.

Can you perform lab tests?

DocGo Clinicians can perform some tests on-site to diagnose conditions in an Urgent Care setting. They can also draw blood and order tests from partner labs. For questions about specific tests or blood work, please contact Patient Support at (844) 443-6246.

Can you perform procedures and provide treatments on the Mobile Clinic?

DocGo clinicians can care for some injuries and wounds on-site and administer certain medications. If necessary, they may also recommend you visit another provider. The Mobile Clinic does not currently provide x-rays or suture (insert new stitches).

Can I get a prescription through the Mobile Clinic?

Yes. When appropriate, DocGo Clinicians will be able to provide a prescription that you can get filled at your preferred pharmacy.
