Job Description:
You will be supporting clinical & vaccine programs for DocGo’s affiliated Clinical Practice Group in New York & New Jersey, in addition to occasional remote support of programs in the state of California. You will supervise a team of mobile clinicians providing in-home and event-based patient care by ensuring high-quality clinical standards & workflows are adhered to, and nurses are trained and competent to deliver excellent patient care. The clinical supervisor will work directly with the regional clinical manager and clinical leadership in the development and support of ongoing projects, including primary care, gap closure, transitional care, and vaccine programs while ensuring nurses have the knowledge and resources they need to perform at the top of their license.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to mobile health collaborators in the field, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to clinical & company standards.
- Lead daily huddles, sharing updates and information consistently and effectively
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing competency evaluations of clinical personnel, as needed
- Support a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership, escalating concerns and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Enforce company policies & procedures, issuing verbal and/or written disciplinary action, as necessary
Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Serve as an expert for clinical workflows, use of Athena EHR, and troubleshooting clinical equipment used in the field
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop & disseminate clinical workflow improvements
- Support core functions of the vaccine program, including querying vaccine registries and/or vaccine pack-out procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies, protocols, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in audits, quality reviews, incident investigations, and corrective action planning, as necessary.
Training & Professional Development
- Support orientation, skills training & competency sign-offs for nursing staff, as needed.
- Coach team members on clinical workflows, patient communication & safety
- Identify individual skill gaps and coordinate additional learning opportunities
Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning, as needed.
- In collaboration with Operations team members, ensure inventory control of medical supplies, PPE, vaccine supplies, and equipment
- Provide direct patient care to support operations in times of callouts or operational need, up to 50% of a typical work week
- Occasional travel to satellite bases

资格
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NM.
- Driver’s License (2 years as a minimum) with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of safety and care.
- Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred
- Clinical work experience with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
