Dr. Kapoor is a physician executive focused on reimagining how high-quality virtual and hybrid care is delivered at scale. As Chief Medical Officer of SteadyMD and VP of Clinical Practice & Innovation at DocGo, she leads clinical strategy, medical governance and quality and safety across a national tele-health platform, guiding the development of compliant, patient-centered programs that expand access and support clinician enablement while maintaining clinical rigor. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, technology and responsible innovation.
Previously, Dr. Kapoor served as Medical Director at 98point6, where she helped shape AI-enabled virtual care models, leading enterprise initiatives in care coordination, clinical pathway development and health equity. Across roles, she has consistently focused on increasing access to high-quality care while designing systems that better support clinicians and enable them to practice at the top of their license.
Grounded in years of in person practice, Dr. Kapoor brings a clinician’s perspective to executive leadership. She currently serves as a Board Director of the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians and has been recognized as a Top Doctor in both Boston and Seattle.
Dr. Kapoor earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Bryn Mawr Hospital and JFK Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident.
