RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Be a team player, as EMS is a team effort, and providers must provide necessary assistance to ensure system readiness and adherence to quality assurance standards.

• Coordinate the Work and Activities of EMTs, Paramedics, and Nurses.  
• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner at all times when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and or the public.  
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls in the CAD system.  
• Provide top-tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and our EMTs, Paramedics, and Nurses.

• Roll up your sleeves and get things done!  
• Maintain a professional demeanor in the office and while on the phone with customers.

• Intakes a large call volume, triages to determine the appropriate level of care and coordinates transport.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة التعليم العام (GED)
• خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول إرسال في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في مجال خدمات الطوارئ الطبية/السريرية)
• DE EMT certification preferred
• خبير في التكنولوجيا ولديه معرفة ببرامج الإرسال بمساعدة الكمبيوتر (CAD)
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (الشفوية والكتابية)
• قدرات تنظيمية متميزة وقدرات متعددة المهام
