Title: Hospital Liaison

Pay Rate: $25-27/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0930-1800
Location: Radnor, PA (Main Line Health, Virtual Care Operations Center)

Responsibilities:
- Critical to this position is a person who is able to work independently and establish strong and credible relationships with patients, clinicians and internal staff.
- Applicants should be results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high patient quality and service.
- Detail orientation and strong administrative/organization skills are required.
- Mature, approachable, professional and comfortable in dealing with others both in-person and on the phone.
- Facilitate a close working relationship between the Client and DocGo.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates to stakeholders.
- Perform Duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Must have 3 years of strong customer service experience
- 2 years of EMS exp preferred
- 2 years of working in an Hospital Setting preffered

Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc.)
