DocGo’s innovative approach to home visits sends our cost-effective mobile health clinicians into the home. Once there, they provide patients with access to an Advanced Practice Provider through a synchronous video link and connected devices. Remote medical diagnostics technology is the key that lets our telehealth-based providers conduct thorough exams and treat a wide range of conditions.
Accurate patient data and hands-on support by mobile clinicians in the home allows our practitioners to confidently deliver high-quality patient care, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications. On-Demand mobile health care delivered in the home is foundational to the success of our programs, which include ED diversion, care gap closure, remote patient monitoring and chronic disease management.

DocGo’s National Operations Center (NOC) is staffed by expert patient engagement representatives who work with patients every day to schedule appointments, answer questions about DocGo’s mobile health services, and assist with care team coordination. Our team includes registered nurses who can direct patients along the appropriate clinical pathways to receive the right level of medical care at the right time.
Our customer service representatives receive extensive training, including cultural awareness training, to ensure equitable, compassionate service for all. We track the effectiveness of our programs through our customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) which consistently ranks at the top of the industry. DocGo’s commitment to customer success is reflected in our full-year 2022 Mobile Health NPS of 76/100, which drastically surpasses the healthcare industry’s 2022 NPS benchmark of 38.

Our virtual care team is adept at working with patients with chronic diseases, including diabetes, congestive heart failure, and COPD. DocGo’s clinical team handles escalations through On-Demand mobile health care and coordinates with existing PCPs and specialists to improve overall treatment and condition management.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT DIVERSION
DocGo reduces emergency room visits and hospitalizations with Mobile Urgent Care and targeted patient outreach. We work with healthcare partners to identify patient populations driving avoidable ED visits, then address the underlying challenges and deliver quality care. Our results speak for themselves: we have saved our healthcare partners more than $167 million in 2023 through ED avoidance.
TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT
Our Transitional Care Management programs help patients remain at home post-discharge with home visits and telehealth follow-up programs, reducing 30-day readmission rates by between 35-50% in identified patient populations for our partners. Our approach is proven to improve both partner quality metrics and patient outcomes.
