To manage support for multi-state transportation and mobile health service networks, DocGo has invested heavily in our National Operations Center. Having a robust, growing National Operations Center enables us to provide a consistently excellent level of customer service in every market and facilitate continuous operational improvements.
Based on program needs, we can quickly scale our communications and customer service teams at the National Operations Center. For past mobile health implementations in response to public health emergencies, we have staffed to accommodate 10x increases in call center and medical transport support services virtually overnight.
