Responsibilities:

Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures

Functions as an on-line supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service.

Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.

Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.

Works as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication.

Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.

Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.

Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition.

Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion.

Duties may include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management.

Manages and supports the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling.

Perform all other Critical Care Paramedic duties.

Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
WI Paramedic License
-
WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement
-
Valid Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record

BLS – Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Experience leading a team

Organization and problem solving skills

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
