Title: Clinical Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, evening/weekend flexibility required

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Location:  Various sites throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City

Clinical Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the clinical operations across various sites in close tandem with the Medical Group and Compliance
  • Manage the clinical supervisors across all sites
  • Make the clinical supervisor schedule and update with changes
  • Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the assigned patient population
  • Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care
  • Navigate conversations and operations related to Infectious Diseases, vaccinations and chronic care management
  • Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team
  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
  • Conduct chart audits on a routine basis
  • Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion
  • Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach
  • Other related duties as deemed necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all pertinent DocGo Mobile Health policy and procedures
  • Functions as an on-line manager, monitoring clinical operations to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-effective service.
  • Works with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency and strong lines of communication.
  • Monitors clinical operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.
  • Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary and functional condition.
  • Perform manager duties including hiring, corrective action, performance appraisals, counseling, work scheduling, training and budgeting in compliance with federal, state, city, EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines. 
  • Scheduling and staffing, logistics management, and performance management.
  • Manages and supports Clinical Supervisors
  • Manages the operations of the project sites and the site personnel
  • Identify employees with professional/personal problems and follow up as needed
  • Assist in all areas of Risk Management (incidents, accidents, health and safety,etc.)
  • Determines the need for and ensures that Incident Reports, Accident Reports and other documentation is completed as required.
  • Review all incident reports and follow-up immediately with any necessary action.
  • Partners with Operational management to order supplies
  • Maintain constant up-to-date knowledge and records of all current protocols issued by DocGo.
  • Ensure no company vehicles are used for unnecessary purposes.
  • Ensure proper communication of all company policies within field operations to all staff members timely and effectively.
  • Implement all directives issued by Clinical Leadership.
  • Attend all available continuing education seminars to improve management skills and recommend attendance of scheduled sessions to pertinent staff members as well.
  • Maintain company compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Troubleshoot problems in field activities and implement possible solutions.
  • Report any and all problems, information, and/or suggestions regarding the overall operation of the company to the Division Manager.
  • Assist in the development of a quality program and implement KPI’s for team of inbound agents to drive best-in-class service and performance accountability
  • Implement daily QA/QI related to the program
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current NY State RN license
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing
  • 4+ years RN experience in a hospital setting
  • 1+ years charge nurse/supervisory experience
  • Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred
  • Clinical work experience with pediatrics (strongly preferred)
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and EMR systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
