Annual Salary: $50,000 – $55,000

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of Medical Professionals for nationwide assignments.
  • Solicit Medical Facilities for Tech placements.
  • Identify precise needs, preferences, and experience of client Facilities requesting our services.
  • Identify precise needs, preferences, and experience of Medical Professionals.
  • Collect required information from Medical Professionals, input to Data
  • Base, and maintain accurate records with required information (i.e. resume, certifications, license, immunizations, registries, etc.).
  • Establish good rapport with Medical Professionals and key client personnel.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and/or HR (Human Resources) certification is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and critical thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism, capable of managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Self-starter attitude, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and adapting to rapid organizational changes.
  • A creative and collaborative spirit, always ready to support the team and enhance departmental operations.
