Title: Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Location: Remote

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time  

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base, commission, equity

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with the leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Lead initiatives to fuel growth and innovation.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and quality service.

  • Create and enforce policies and procedures to improve performance.

  • Regularly review and improve processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements.

  • Work with the VP of Operations to develop and manage budgets.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ways to grow revenue.

Revenue Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the full revenue cycle, from patient onboarding to claims and reimbursements.

  • Work with the Billing Director to streamline billing

  • Improve cash flow and reduce accounts receivable days.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor VP-level executives and directors.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to provide staff training.

Technology and Infrastructure:

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve remote monitoring and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure the IT infrastructure supports growth and data security.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

  • Develop strategies to manage risks and protect the company’s interests.

Client Relations and Business Development:

  • Work with the VP of Sales to build strong client relationships.

  • Attend high-level meetings and industry events to represent the company.

  • Identify conferences to attend for strategic growth

Performance and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas.

  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and board on company performance and strategic goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Operational Management: Expertise in overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and improving productivity and customer satisfaction through process improvements.

  • Financial Oversight: Proficient in monitoring P&L, managing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

  • Revenue Cycle Management: In-depth knowledge of the full revenue cycle, streamlining billing processes, and improving cash flow and accounts receivable performance.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Strong leadership skills, mentoring VP-level executives, promoting a culture of innovation, and collaborating on staff training initiatives.

  • Compliance, Risk Management & Technology: Expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and implementing technologies to support operational efficiency and growth.
