Employment Type: Full-Time 
Annual Salary: $66,500 – 71,500

Responsibilities 

  • Manage level 1 and 2 service incidents/requests from report to closure.

  • Triage tasks and tickets based on scope, SLA, and urgency.

  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement of the Service Desk

  • Provide administration and support for Azure / On-site AD and multiple corporate applications.

  • Ability to install and troubleshoot hardware/operating systems (e.g., Laptop, PCs, Printers, Scanners, and various Medical Devices (Tyto Kits).

  • Provide excellent customer service experience to end-users and executives.

  • Assist with projects (e.g., Staff on/offboarding, inventory updates, Installations, and decoms).

  • Must be able to work independently and integrate with our entire team.

  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirement  

  • 3-5 years’ experience with service desk / technical support.

  • Experience with On-Prem and Azure Active Directory.

  • Advanced knowledge with Windows / MacOS hardware and software.

  • Proficient with Printers/Scanner hardware and administration.

  • Experience with Android and iOS devices – MDM experience preferred.

  • Proficient with AV conference tools such as Neat.

  • Basic understanding of network concepts.

  • Proficient in documenting processes and procedures.

  • Experience with supporting various corporate applications (e.g., Workday, Zoll, Adobe, Asana, FreshService, PagerDuty, 1Password) is desired.
